Chorus Consulting is a boutique consulting firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Chris Hicks is the principal. 2017 marks 10 years in which Chris has been on a mission to help clients see and attain untapped potential. He has helped about 15 clients in work, spanning about 50 countries and, at times, brought on associates to deliver maximum value. We deliver innovation and accountability by helping our clients improve strategies, selling and marketing skills and sales execution. Chorus’ approach is based on three simple elements (Better insight, clearer and more intelligent action, defined and achieved outcomes) at both a personal and professional level. If you really want to take on and conquer big challenges in strategy, sales and skills, Chris and Chorus Consulting can help.

We typically work on 1-3 projects at a time using deep consultative selling, product management, marketing and execution skills. We always employ unique delivery approaches including online and in-person technologies for insight development as a key way we create lasting value. We give personal attention to our clients.

We become trusted advisors and deliver “a punch” entirely disproportionate to our size. Since 2007, over 9,000 individuals have been part of Chorus Consulting programs. We have hosted over 1,000 growth-oriented sessions. We have delivered and measured over 800 organization growth innovation plans and over 1,500 personal development plans – each as unique as the clients and individuals we serve.

Chris founded Chorus Consulting after long stints with Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Arthur Andersen (Business Consulting) and IBM (Marketing and Sales). Chris brings a unique attitude and approach with a set of skills and experiences that “find the way” for clients to see the unseen and act on the areas of greatest potential.
